I purchased this item for myself. It works well. I then purchased three more for Christmas gifts. These items arrived in a timely manner (for Christmas giving) and intact. I had no problems.

this is the 3rd product that i have bought. Vinturi is so convenient to carry around - that is when you need it most, at restaurants as you have no time to let the wine breathe. i gave this as a present to my husband for his birthday and he carries it around with him all the time. this also is not yet common here so the waiters are amazed with this. my husband was skeptical at first but now he is a believer. Exellent product. product delivered very promptly and carefully packed.

I ordered the Travel Vinturi and received a regular one from this seller. I asked what I can do as it was supposed to be a Christmas present and we are 4 days away. This is the response I got:
"The boxes are a different size though. The regular vinturi would not fit in the travel box. I do know that for a fact. If you would like to return this then you may but I would mail out the same one. Sorry. They are just different sizes and the regular vinturi does not fit in the travel. What I can do-----um is I guess send you out ANOTHER one and you may send this one back. Just so you understand that they will look the same."

I would hope the seller would send me what I ordered and paid for instead of insisting it was I received was the correct one. The LABEL on the bottom of the a regular box was marked "travel" it was a mistake. Makes me glad I'm not shopping as much on Amazon. At least Ebay and Paypal would have given me my money back without hesitation if I had a similar experience.
